Simple Life Sunday Blog Hop

Thanks so much for joining me for Simple Life Sunday.  Grab your cup of tea or coffee and sit down with me and join me while I look through all the wonderful posts everyone has shared! Before you leave be sure to share one of your favorite posts.

I’d like to thank you all for your prayers and support for our friend’s Brooke and Ryan.  Her surgery went well last Thursday.  They removed a peanut sized tumor from her brain and removed some of the surrounding brain.  She is doing FANTASTIC and is not impaired in anyway from the surgery.  They have not received the results back from the surgery yet, but she is on her way home today.  Continue to pray for their travel mercies and healing and whatever may lie ahead for them.  God has his hand on her for sure!

My co-host Melissa K. Norris shared this post on How to Grow Basil Indoors All Winter Long and I felt this was a very useful post and one after my heart.  My windowsills are filled with herbs and celery and lettuce all winter long.  You can gain so much from just a simple windowsill in your home plus I thoroughly enjoy watching things grow.

maple sugaring

Thank you On Brown Croft Acres for sharing your Maple Sugaring For The First Time also this week.  This is something I hope to achieve in the not to far off future.  Unfortunately, we do not have maple trees close by here in our Idaho Wilderness, but I am hoping to tap into more knowledge on what is available to do the same thing (pun intended).

Thank you all for joining me today.

I look very forward to seeing what you will have to share this week!
